CUSTOMER SERVICE
You can contact the gallery for any questions or to inquire about a specific piece of art or commission. Additional photographs are available showing different angles of many original paper sculptures. Please feel free to ask questions or place an order by e-mailing:

COMMISSIONED WORKS

Ask about having a piece of art created for you. The process begins with your input and requirements regarding what is to be created, how large the finished piece should be, approximately what your desired budget range is, and possibly supply photos or reference materials. After consideration, you will be presented with an Approval & Authorization to begin work. A 50% deposit is required at that time. If rough layouts are required, they will be prepared and presented in a timely manner. Please check ahead for planning time frames. Booking far in advance is highly recommended.

PAYMENT METHODS
Ron Chespak Paper Sculpture Gallery Online accepts personal checks, money orders, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Diners Club and American Express for payment via Internet, fax, mail & phone. For purchases made via the Internet, any cashier's checks or money orders sent must be made payable to Ron Chespak and mailed to: Ron Chespak Paper Sculpture Gallery, 139 E. Tamarisk Road, Suite 107, Palm Springs, California 92262, Phone: (760) 416-7406, Fax: (760) 416-7407.

SHIPPING
Art requiring a crate for shipping will be custom built and invoiced at cost. Approximate crate cost is $100. Shipping options include UPS, FedEx, U.S. Mail and courier service. If you have a preference, please state at time of purchase and allow up to two weeks for delivery. All shipping billed at cost with shipper's receipt included. Pre-paid International shipping only, please call for quote.

PRICES
The price you will be charged is the price shown on the day you place your order, plus applicable sales tax and shipping charges. Ron Chespak Paper Sculpture reserves the right to change prices for art displayed anywhere at any time.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Your complete satisfaction is of high importance. If your art has arrived damaged in any way or you are not fully satisfied and wish to return or exchange a piece of art, please call the representative gallery immediately to arrange for return or repair. In case of return, please refer to the instructions on the packing slip. Shipping charges are completely refundable if return is a result of our error. All repairs are made at no cost.

SALES TAX
Applicable sales tax will apply to your purchase at the rate in effect at the shipping address.

COPYRIGHTS
By receiving a Paper Sculpture from Ron Chespak you realize that the Artist reserves all copyrights to original Artwork and that artwork may not be reproduced for any personal or commercial purpose without the written permission of the Artist or his heirs.

All sales are governed by California law, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions. No representative or agent of Ron Chespak has the authority to vary any of the policies or the terms and conditions governing any sale.
